Amber Towles

Hi I am Amber and this is my husband Michael and my Daughter Alita. We are the founders and owners of Blossoming Friends Preschool.

I was a preschool teacher for 15 years at an accredited Montessori school in Davis California, until March of last year when our school closed and the Pandemic hit. I was pregnant, in Grad school, and through this experience, I made the decision to change career paths from a teacher at a center to a teacher in my home where I could watch my daughter grow.

I have my BA degree in Child Development through Sacramento state,(2015) and my Master’s degree in Early childhood Education through the American College of Education. (2021) I assure you that your child(ren) will excel in the enriched environment provided at Blossoming Friends.

Michael has a business administration degree and is the guy behind the books and paperwork. He loves art, and is full of creativity and fun! We have 9 nieces and nephews, in our big family, and Michael has always been in charge of the creativity and outside door activities! His role at Blossoming friends preschool comes very naturally for him. Michael works as an insurance underwriter and will be in and out of the preschool through the week.

I’m teacher Alyssa & I’m so excited to be back here at BFP. I love being around babies & kids because they laugh at the small things in life & they remind you not to take the little things for granted! I can’t wait to stroll through this journey with our little friends & watch them blossom into the unique individuals that they are! Cheers to becoming apart of the village!

Hey I'm Miss.K , I am a down to earth teacher, and love to work with kids. I have been working with children since I was 14 years old in a variety of environments from coach to in-home daycare, to a center and to after school program teacher. As much as I love kids I do not have any of my own, but will one day . I am an only child, but have lots of cousins and close family . My favorite food is tacos & some of my favorite hobbies are listening to music, going to the gym , and volunteering at the animal shelter downtown . I am currently attending CRC to become a veterinary technician and while I am working on that goal, I will achieve another goal and passion by working one on one every day with the amazing children here at Blossoming friends .I am excited to be here!
